1. Introduction
The Ffbet Sportsbook Terms and Conditions govern all sports betting conducted on the platform. They establish the contractual framework for placing bets, calculating results, making payments, and handling disputes, amendments, and special features related to wagering on sporting events.
2. General Rules
- 2.1 Eligibility and Accounts
- Customers must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a wagering contract, and physically located within jurisdictions where sport betting is lawful. The operator may require identity, age, and residence verification before or during use of the service.
- 2.2 Claims and Protests
- Claims or protests regarding decisions or settlements must be submitted through the platform’s support channel within seven days after the original event start time. Late submissions shall be denied unless the operator determines otherwise.
- 2.3 Stake Limits
- The minimum stake for a single bet is €1. Maximum stakes vary by sport or regulatory regime. The current permissible amount is displayed at the point of wager placement.
- 2.4 Market Data and Abbreviations
- Wager data shall include the event date and time, sport, competition, teams or players, and the odds. Common abbreviations are 1 for the home participant, 2 for the away participant, X for a draw, 1X for home or draw, X2 for away or draw, and 12 for either home or away win.
- 2.5 Operator Rights
- The operator may refuse any bet in whole or part at its sole discretion. Bets may be voided or re-priced at the operator’s option where an outcome is known, a participant is advantaged, funds are insufficient, or there is suspected manipulation or irregular activity.
- 2.6 Bet Cancellations and Cash Out
- Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after placement and confirmation. Customers may only use the Cash Out feature if available.
- 2.7 Parlay and Multi-Bet Rules
- Parlays or accumulators that involve events with mutual influence are not accepted. If such bets are accepted by error, they will be cancelled and the stake refunded, and any settled portions may stand as applicable.
- 2.8 Post-Event and After-Outcome Bets
- Where a bet is placed after the event outcome becomes known or a participant gains a material advantage, the operator reserves the right to void the bet in whole or part.
- 2.9 Start Time and Live Bets
- Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. Bets including an event that starts after placement time, and not conducted as live betting, will be treated as non-runners.
- 2.10 Odds and Settlement
- All bets are settled on decimal odds notwithstanding the customer account display format.
- 2.11 Bet Builder and Multi-Selection Rules
- Single-event multi-bet combinations across different selections within the same event are generally not accepted unless conducted via the Bet Builder feature or other operator-approved tools.
- 2.12 Cancellations and In-Play Abandonments
- If an event is cancelled, all related bets are void. If an event is abandoned or not completed for reasons such as weather or injury, bets settled before abandonment stand, subject to these terms.
- 2.13 System and Combination Bets
- In the event of cancellation of a portion of a combined or system bet, only the affected outcomes have their odds adjusted; other outcomes remain unchanged.
- 2.14 Pricing Errors
- The operator bears no responsibility for typographical, technical, or obvious pricing errors. Bets placed on such prices are void.
- 2.15 Live Data Accuracy
- The operator endeavours to provide accurate live betting information, but customers bear the responsibility to verify data before placing bets. The operator reserves the right to correct information and settle disputes accordingly.
- 2.16 Winnings and Final Results
- Winnings are credited to the customer’s account after confirmation of the final and officially announced result.
- 2.17 Time Basis for Outcomes
- For sports wagers other than those with explicit alternative terms, outcomes are determined by the standard playing time unless specified otherwise in these rules.
- 2.18 Event Durations and Pending Outcomes
- Markets may be deemed concluded based on specified minimum play times per sport, including adjustments for overtime only where expressly indicated in the market terms.
- 2.19 Advance and Series Bets
- For events comprising multiple matches, the official result for settlement is determined after the final match in the series unless otherwise stated.
- 2.20 Multiple Winners and Settlement Allocation
- When a market yields multiple winners, the return is calculated by dividing the stake among the number of winning outcomes. The resulting payout cannot be less than a single unit, as defined by the operator’s rules.
- 2.21 Special Offers
- The operator may extend special betting offers to defined customer groups. Language errors in offers shall not be grounds for cancellation provided the meaning remains intact.
- 2.22 Exceptional Circumstances
- Abandonment, Cancellation, Postponement beyond specified thresholds, Change of Opponents or Venue, Change in game periods, Surface changes, and misspellings of participant names may void or adjust bets according to these terms. Dead heats are settled as described in the Dead Heat Rules.
3. Dead Heat Rules
A dead heat occurs when two or more contracts share a single winning position. In such cases winnings and losses are allocated proportionally among the winners, using the customer backer stake and the applicable odds. If a market supports more than two winners, the stake is divided by the number of winners and multiplied by the odds for each winning contract. For multi winner markets, only contracts tied for the final winning position are adjusted.
Where a three way dead heat occurs in a tied market, each winning contract receives an equal portion of the stake, adjusted by the applicable odds. If a dead heat involves only a subset of winners, adjustments apply only to those tied contracts.
4. Bet Settlement
- 4.1 Settlement Sources
- All results are settled based on the official source of the competition. If official data is unavailable, the operator may rely on alternative official data or internal statistics in a consistent manner.
- 4.2 Settlement Timing
- Markets may be settled immediately after the event or in stages as results become definitive. The operator may partially settle markets as a customer service benefit.
- 4.3 Official Result Revisions
- If the official result differs from the initially published result, settlement may be revised to reflect the official change, subject to these terms and any regulatory guidance.
- 4.4 Operator Error and Reversal
- In cases of operator error, including erroneous odds or technical fault, the operator may reverse, void, or adjust settled bets. Customers will be notified where feasible.
5. Re-Settlement, Adjustments and Corrections
- 5.1 Pre and Post Event Re-Settlement
- The operator may re-settle a market before official results are declared or after; adjustments may be made to balances to reflect corrected results.
- 5.2 Incorrect Acceptance and Cancellations
- Should a bet be accepted in error, or upon detection of a material mistake, the bet shall be cancelled with any applicable funds returned.
- 5.3 Non-Participants and Market Adjustments
- If a participant withdraws after the event starts but before completion, bets on that participant may be voided or settled as specified in these rules.
- 5.4 Venue Changes and Market Integrity
- Bets placed prior to a venue change remain valid if the home designation remains unchanged; otherwise, refreshed market terms may apply.
6. Types of Bets
- 6.1 Single Bets
- A single bet is a wager on the outcome of a single event or market with a single required result.
- 6.2 Accumulators and Parlays
- An accumulator combines two or more independent selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If any selection fails, the bet loses.
- 6.3 System Bets
- A system bet comprises multiple combinations of selections. Payout depends on the number of correct picks; losses are calculated per system terms.
- 6.4 Banker Bets
- A banker bet is a component of a system bet that must win for the system to succeed. If the banker fails, the overall system loses.
- 6.5 Jackpot and Fixed Odds Bets
- Jackpot style bets are settled per the specific game or market terms and subject to the operator’s stated payout limits.
- 6.6 Live and In-Play Bets
- Live bets are settled according to live results and the rules for time and stoppage as stated for each market.
- 6.7 Other Market Types
- Additional betting options may be offered from time to time, subject to these terms and any sport specific rules published for those markets.
7. Sport Specific Rules

- 7.2 Basketball
- Basketball settlements consider the allotted game time unless the market specifies overtime or additional periods.
- 7.3 Tennis

- Outcomes reflect standard official game duration and overtime rules as defined by the league or governing body for the market.

9. Promotions and Bonus Terms
Promotional offers, including bonuses or free bets, are governed by separate terms and conditions specific to each promotion. Participation is subject to eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, and any other conditions stated at the time of issue.
10. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Ffbet regarding sports betting on the platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms. The operator may update these terms from time to time with appropriate notice provided within the platform.
