Records related to identity verification, age checks, and risk assessments are retained for the period required by law or regulatory obligation and are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Enforcement and Consequences

Non-compliance with the conditions of self-exclusion, account suspension, or other protective measures may result in enforcement actions, including permanent account restrictions or termination of access to Ffbet services. Violations of self-exclusion or attempts to circumvent protective measures may also lead to the permanent banning of the user’s account and related devices from Ffbet.
