Ffbet maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy designed to verify identity, assess risk, monitor activity and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations. This policy governs the collection, processing and retention of customer information in connection with Ffbet services and defines the procedures for identity verification, age confirmation, transaction monitoring and cooperation with authorities where required.
This policy applies to all prospective and existing customers who access or use Ffbet services, including account opening, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals and communication with our support and compliance teams. It covers all jurisdictions in which Ffbet operates and applies to all products and platforms offered by Ffbet.
Ffbet conducts its operations in accordance with applicable gambling laws, licensing requirements and financial crime regulations. Where multiple obligations apply, Ffbet applies the higher standard to protect customers and the integrity of the platform. Ffbet may restrict access or suspend services in a jurisdiction or against an individual where required by law or regulatory action.
Minimum age for participation is eighteen (18) years. Verification must be completed prior to enabling wagering activity and prior to any withdrawal of winnings, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Verification may be performed in stages including electronic checks and, where necessary, documentary verification.
Required documents may include one or more of the following: a valid government issued photo identity document (passport, national identity card, or driver’s license); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence not older than three (3) months). Ffbet may request additional documents to validate identity, age and ownership of funds.
Where electronic verification is inconclusive, we may request supplementary documents within seventy-two (72) hours of such request. If age or identity cannot be verified satisfactorily, access to the account may be suspended and withdrawals blocked pending completion of verification.
For security and integrity purposes, Ffbet may record and monitor communications with customers, including telephone calls, live chats and emails, in connection with verification, risk assessment and customer support.
Ffbet applies a risk based approach to due diligence. Customer risk is assessed at onboarding and re-assessed over time based on profile, geography, behavior, transaction patterns and product usage. Higher risk customers or activities may trigger Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) including additional documentation and source of funds verification.
Ongoing monitoring includes automated transaction monitoring, analysis of betting patterns, account activity and device information to detect anomalies, fraud and potential illicit activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, Ffbet reserves the right to investigate, suspend or block transactions and report to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Ffbet may request evidence of the source of funds for deposits, or the source of wealth for higher value, unusual or high risk activity. Acceptable evidence may include bank statements, payslips, tax statements or other documentation demonstrating lawful source. Documentation requests will be made in a proportionate and timely manner to facilitate the conduct of due diligence and to comply with regulatory requirements.
Ffbet screens customers against sanctions lists and evaluates Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) status. If a match or suspicion arises, Ffbet will apply enhanced due diligence or restrict services as required by law and regulatory guidelines. Where appropriate, information may be shared with competent authorities to support investigations.
Ffbet collects personal data necessary to verify identity, comply with legal obligations and provide its services. Data categories may include identification data, contact details, financial information, transaction records, device and technical data, self-exclusion data and communications data. Data may be collected directly from customers, through automated processes and from third party sources for AML screening and identity verification.
Data will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently and retained for a period no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and to comply with regulatory obligations. In general, records related to identity verification, AML checks, and statistical or regulatory reporting are retained for a minimum period of five (5) years or longer as required by applicable law.
Ffbet may disclose customer information to regulatory authorities, financial institutions and AML compliance service providers to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations. When processing is performed by third parties, Ffbet enters into data processing agreements and ensures adequate safeguards for cross-border transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Ffbet implements technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, secure storage and regular security assessments to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Access to data is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need and subject to internal policies and training.
Customers have rights over their personal data, including access, rectification, erasure where lawful, restriction of processing, objection to processing for direct marketing and data portability where applicable. Requests should be addressed to the contact points below and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Ffbet will cooperate with competent authorities in relation to AML, countering fraud and other financial crime matters. This may include sharing identifying information and relevant documents when required by law or upon legitimate regulatory request.
Ffbet maintains an internal compliance program with regular training for staff on KYC AML obligations, risk assessment, data protection and reporting procedures. The program includes regular audits and management oversight of the KYC AML framework.
Ffbet may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal obligations or regulatory guidance. Where feasible, changes will be communicated via the platform or by email, and continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
